Timothy Kardish, President and CEO
Tim KardishMr. Kardish joined Sussex Wire in 2012 and is responsible for executing a growth strategy, implementing contemporary best practices and systems and transitioning the company’s culture to a metric-driven Lean six sigma environment. Prior to joining Sussex Wire, Mr. Kardish’s career included CEO and General Manager appointments at Leica Microsystems, McKesson, X-Rite and Labsphere and private equity backed technology-driven manufacturing companies.

Mr. Kardish earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a dual major in Information Systems and Marketing from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University.


Madan Mathevan, Vice President & General Manager
Madan MathevanMr. Mathevan was appointed Director of Engineering in May 2014, and was promoted to Vice President in May, 2016. He is responsible for expanding Sussex Wire’s pioneering work in collaborative design, development, manufacturing and control of miniature and micro-miniature metal components for customers seeking a better solution for yield, strength, assembly and cost through the application of cold and roll forming technologies.

Mr. Mathevan’s career includes extensive academic and work experience in design for manufacturability, quality and cost. He spent the prior 14 years in the design and development of tooling, cold forming, cold heading, roll forming and machining -- as well as selection protocols for tool steel, coatings and raw materials – all of which contribute significantly to accelerating Sussex Wire’s customers’ product innovation projects and reduces their time to market.

Mathevan holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering.


Megan Pierzga, Quality Control Manager
Megan PierzgaMegan Pierzga was promoted to the role of Quality Control Manager in October 2015.  Ms. Pierzga is responsible for the company’s ISO9001:2008 Quality System, meeting customer and process control specifications, ongoing Lean continuous improvement and implementing the latest systems and technologies to reduce the cost of quality.

Ms. Pierzga began her career with Sussex Wire in 2008 as an In Process Inspector.  She has assumed increasing responsibilities including Process Excellence, Supply Chain Controls, Materials Certification and NPD. Ms. Pierzga and the Quality Assurance organization employ Lean Best Practices through A3 Problem Solving, The Five Whys and 8D Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action implementation.  She ensures Sussex Wire’s compliance with ISO, ITAR, DFARS, RoHS and Conflict Materials certifications and policies.
