April 15, 2019 - MW Industries, a leading provider of highly engineered springs, specialty fasteners, bellows, and other precision components, announced today the acquisition of two companies from SW Holdings, LLC: Marox, a manufacturer of machined orthopedic implants, and Sussex Wire, a manufacturer of mini and micro cold-formed parts.

January 29, 2018 - Pat Toomey, US Senator from Pennsylvania, visited Sussex Wire, Inc. to discuss the potential benefits of the recently enacted tax legislation with Sussex Wire president and CEO, Tim Kardish. During a 10-minute introductory session, Kardish described the nature and challenges of the cold-forming business to Senator Toomey and talked about how the savings resulting from the tax reform package will help him hire several new workers faster than otherwise.

November 13, 2017 - On November 13, 2017 Sussex Wire’s leadership team met with Masahiro (Mabo) Nakashimada, president of the Japanese firm that supplies Sussex Wire with the precision micro-miniature cold heading machines currently in use at the company’s Easton PA manufacturing plant.
